Dr Sarvesh Naidu has more than 44 years of varied experience of working in education. He has worked for a wide range of schools (e.g., day, day boarding and residential schools, single-gender and co-educational schools, national and international schools). He has extensive knowledge of the IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum, but is also familiar with the requirements, curricula and exams of the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education in India), CISCE (Council for The Indian School Certificate Examinations) and Cambridge English. He is particularly interested in student-centred instructional strategy and learning, fostering creativity and critical-thinking in the classroom, reflective practice and adapting materials to create a more dynamic, motivational and engaging learning experience.
